LBJ Library and Museum

Volunteering at the LBJ Library and Museum gives you an opportunity to learn about President Johnson and the turbulent times when he led this country and passed sweeping legislation that still affects us today.

In addition to volunteer benefits such as recognition and discount entrance for events and the gift shop, you will have the opportunity to befriend other volunteers with similar interests.

Volunteers are needed to assist as gallery attendants, docents, on the speaker’s bureau and as collection and special event volunteers. Volunteers must be willing to submit to a background check, be able to volunteer at least three hours per week and be willing to wear professional attire when volunteering.
