New Year’s Resolutions

The beginning of a new year is typically a time of reflection, goal setting and new year’s resolutions. Whether we meet our goals or not, it’s always nice to start off the new year with renewed enthusiasm and purpose.

Here are some of the Coming of Age staff’s resolutions for 2020:

Fred Lugo: “Rather than a resolution, I chose one word to guide me in making positive change throughout the year. My word for 2020 is “intention” because it’s about doing things with purpose and exercising creativity in the process. When I do things with intention, I focus more on the journey, rather than the end result.”

Debra Price: “It’s never too late to try something different.”

LaDonna Woodley: “My new year’s resolution is to be more engaged with my family, friends and co-workers.”

Julissa Smith: “To spread kindness, heartwarming cheers and inspiration.”

Dawn Dieckman: “I resolve to take better care of myself.”

Katie Reeves: “My goals for 2020 are to move my body more, eat more greens, de-clutter, travel, and to spend more quality time with my family.”
